Shipping Policy for U.S. delivery Address In-stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours. We complete all orders as soon as possible. Non-stock, Specialty items or backordered items may require up to 2 weeks due to their special order nature & the variety of styles/sizes and colors we are able to offer. Monogramming will extend your shipping policy 3-5 business days. Please note any monogrammed or altered item cannot be exchanged or refunded. We strive to complete & ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Our merchandise is reordered regularly from the manufacturers.
Shipping Policy for non-U.S. delivery Address We do not ship outside of the U.S.
Return Policy - Un-Opened Merchandise
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from us, simply return it within 30 days of receiving it, and we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item for you. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed with all tags remaining on the garment.
RETURNS
If the return brings the original purchase price total below the free shipping minimum advertised on the catalog or website you will be charged the $7.95
shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
If you paid for shipping on your original order there is NO additional shipping charge on exchanges sent back to you. If your purchase was a "free shipping" order, there will be a 5.95 shipping fee.
When returning any part of your order, please fill in the information below and enclose this form in the package. Carefully package the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. Please insure it for the full value and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stock fee.
Defective Merchandise We use only Top Quality Name Brand Manufacturers of Nurse Uniforms. However, sometimes defects may still occur. If you receive a defective item, you must call Customer Service to request a Return Authorization. Mail the defective item back to us with the RA# on the package. When we receive the item, we will issue a credit for the postage of the shipping expense to your credit card and ship a replacement item back out to you.
Shipping Damage While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, etc..). You do have the right to refuse the delivery if you feel that damage has occured. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit to you and should not be refused. We also recommend that if you are required to sign a bill of lading that you add: "subject to inspection". Please notify PC Scrubs within 72 hours of receiving merchandise should you discover any shipping damage. This is required so that we can begin the claims process with the shipper and allows us to assist you in swapping out the product. Your tracking email contains additional details for receiving your shipment. PC Scrubs cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise that you receive with shipping damage that is not noted or reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
Cancellation & Policies PC Scrubs offers a complete refund for all orders that are cancelled prior to order processing & shipment of your merchandise. Once your order has been processed (credit card charged & shipping prepared), you may still cancel your order however it is subject to a cancellation fee of 3% which will be used to cover the merchant processing & handling fees that we incur. Once your order has shipped you will not be able to cancel your order. You may return the package once you receive it, refusing the delivery of your package does not constitute a return. We are not responsible for refused packages if they do not get delivered back to us. Remember, you are responsible for shipping expenses back to us. If a package is refused, and returned to us, there will be a 20% restocking fee imposed. On any refused packages the customer will also be charged for any shipping expenses charged by the carrier for returning a refused package.
