Important Notice to All CAMC employees. As of 7/1/08 you must have your Signiture on file with Human Resources at your Hospital in order to purchase with Payroll Deduction. Even though you were approved by the connection link to make your purchase with payroll deduction, you will not receive your shipment until Human Resources has your Signiture on file for Approval of "Quick Charge". Accounting verifies all orders purchased through our website, if your signiture is not on file, your order will not ship.
What to do. Go by the Human Resources office. Tell them you want to sign up for Quick Charge to buy scrubs on the hospital website. You only have to do this ONCE. Your signiture will always stay on file for all future orders.
If you place an order with us and we do not get an approval from Accounting, you will receive a second email from us indicating your order is on hold for 1 week. You have 1 week to go by Human Resources and get your signiture on file. Verify that you have signed up by replying to the email notice we sent you. We will then resubmit your order to accounting for approval. If you fail to get your signiture on file by 1 week, your order will be cancelled.
