I recently placed an order (#38800) with you on January 3rd and received it on January 8th. I wanted to say how happy I have been with your company and your service and look forward to doing business again with you soon.  It is a pleasure dealing with such a good company. On December 8th I placed and order with another company who promptly charged my paypal account, then I never heard from them again despite my many emails, and faxes, etc. They hve never sent my merchandise either.
