How do I send a return or exchange back? Your packing slip in your shipment has a preprinted return address label at the bottom of the form, use this for the mailing label. Use the back of the packing to fill out the form for your return items and items you want us to send to you. The top box is for items you are returning. The bottom box is for items you want us to ship back to you. You can use Mail, Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed EX ground to send items back to us. Remember you are responsible for shipping expenses of items you are sending back to us.  We are not responsible for lost packages. If you need guarantee coverage, have packages insured and proof of delivery to cover you expenses by the carrier if the package is lost.

Do I need a return authorization? No, As long as you return your items before 30 days from purchase and they are in their origianal condition meaning unwashed and not worn for daily use, with any hangtags and with the poly bag. Shoes must be in original condition and nonsoiled on the bottom of the sole.  Failure to meet these requirements will result in non-processing of your return. Thank you in advance for understanding our return policy. We can only accept items in original condition that can be resold. This helps maintain and keep your costs low always!

How is charges handled for Free Shipping Promotion items?  **Free Shipping for your order if your total is over $89.99. Your savings can range from $10.95 to $21.95 from our standard shipping costs.  If you need to exchange or return items on your order under this savings you may do so.  There are minimal charges for doing this, but are much less than paying for shipping expenses on your original order.   If exchanges are made, you will be charged for shipping costs of product back to you.   If you return items on your order, and your return amount makes your original order total fall below $89.99, you will be charged the $9.95 shipping costs you saved on your original order.  We are providing a savings to you for ordering over $89.99, if you end up falling below that total because of returns, you lose that savings.  Thank you for understanding our policy and hope you appreciate that we are adding savings to you the customer at a certain level.  Even if you end up exchanging or returning items on a Free Shipment order, your total cost of the order will be lower. Free Shipping is only available for U.S. orders, and regular(standard) ground shipping.   
Example:  Your order is $100, you get Free Shipping.  You save $10.95(see chart below), if you end up not sending anything back.  But say you end up needing to send 1 or 2 items back for an exchange that have a Value of $22.  We will process your exchange, you will be charged $5.95 for shipping(see chart above) for the shipping costs of the items back to you.  You still end up saving $5.00!    ($10.95 - $5.95 = $5.00 Savings)
