Important NOTICE As of 7/01/08 you MUST have your Signature on file for Quick Charge with Human Resources at your Hospital to receive Payroll Deduction orders. If your signature is not on file, your order will not ship.
Please check if your signature is on file for payroll deduction. If you place an order with us and accounting does not have your signature, we will send you an email notification that you have 1 week to get your signature on file and contact us that you have signed up. A simple email reply from your order confirmation will do. If you do not sign-up within the week, your order will be canceled.
Once your signature is on file, all orders placed in the future will ship immediately. If you do not want to sign up right now, simply use a credit card for your purchase.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO ORDER WHAT IS APPROVED BY CAMC! ANY ITEM/ITEMS ORDERED THAT ARE NOT APPROVED WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED FOR PAYROLL DEDUCTION.
